A saisir, du lundi au vendredi le midi, et du lundi au mercredi, le soir à partir de 22h00, le restaurant Les Bouquinistes vous propose son Menu Prestige à 72euro; Tout Compris (pour des tables de 6 personnes maximum) !

Une occasion en or de déguster une cuisine savoureuse et de grande qualité rythmée par les saisons.

Ce Menu Prestige se compose de :

Entrée au choix :
- Pressé de foie gras au vin rouge, navets confits et crumble aux épices
- Ravioles de homard et crabe aux légumes
- Langoustines rôties au beurre dagrumes, courgettes et citron confit
- Huîtres dIsigny, crème citronnée, émulsion échalote-xéres

Plat au choix :
- Blanc de Saint-Pierre rôti autour de lartichaut, condiment noisette
- Suprême de poule faisane, cuisse confite, choux choucroute braisé, champignons et foie gras
- Filet de bar rôti, tatin dendives, topinambours et jus aux agrumes
- Aiguillette de boeuf «Black-Angus», pomme purée, champignons et oignons rouges

Dessert au choix :
- Baba au rhum, sorbet ananas
- Sablé breton à la mangue
- Le tout chocolat
- Saveurs «marron-clémentine»

Boisson :
- 1 verre de vin de Bordeaux par personne
- 1/2 bouteille d'eau plate ou gazeuse par personne

【カエルgrenouilles】ギリシャでカエルを食す

Julie Andrieuが紹介する世界の食*『Fourchette & Sac à Dos』ではじめてギリシャでカエルを食すのを知りました。（第二次世界大戦以後らしいですが）

日没後、船を出して、カエルを捕獲に・・・
翌日、カエルの調理（ちょっとショッキングな映像・・・生きたカエルの頭を棒で何度か叩き、その後、解体・・・う〜む。）　

解体された部分を、小麦粉にまぶし、その後、溶いた卵につけて油で揚げる(先に卵じゃないんですね)
・・・


カエルは2度食べた事がありますが・・・もう、食べないかも。
